[ Instrument R & D of Instrument Network ] X-ray detector is a device that converts X-ray energy into electrical signals for recording. It receives radiation and then generates an electrical signal proportional to the intensity of the radiation. Usually the strength of the radiation signal received by the detector depends on the density of the tissue in the cross-section of the human body at that location.
In addition, X-ray high-sensitivity detection is widely used in medical, security and industrial inspection fields, such as X-ray chest radiography, CT imaging and X-ray security inspections in airports. In recent years, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have been found to have better X-ray detection performance. However, due to the weaker binding force between the organic and inorganic components in the hybrid perovskite materials, the moisture resistance of the material The heat resistance is poor, which has a certain impact on the life of the X-ray detector.
It is reported that the team of Liu Shengzhong, a researcher of the thin-film silicon solar cell research group of the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Dr. Zhang Yunxia and Liu Yucheng from Shaanxi Normal University have made progress in the study of perovskite-like single crystal X-ray detectors that work stably at high temperatures .
In addition, the all-inorganic Cs3Bi2I9 single crystal has the characteristics of good thermal stability (not decomposed at 550 ℃), does not contain high toxicity lead, low ion mobility and high volume resistivity, etc. insufficient. With this technology, high-quality single crystals with a size of centimeters are successfully obtained. More importantly, Cs3Bi2I9 single crystal has the advantages of high X-ray absorption efficiency, low defect state density, low ion mobility, and low noise current.
The structure of Cs3Bi2I9 is a defect-type perovskite. Once this material reaches a critical point in a low-temperature solution, it is very easy to nucleate, that is, in the presence of dominant crystal nucleus, it will continue to nucleate in a large amount, which is difficult to control. Therefore, the growth of large-size, high-quality Cs3Bi2I9 crystals by the low-temperature solution method presents certain challenges. In response to this difficulty, the team developed a nucleation-controlled low-temperature solution method to cultivate large-sized Cs3Bi2I9 perovskite single crystals.
Finally, the editor learned that the device has a stable baseline and output signal, showing excellent imaging capabilities. This study used a simple method to cultivate large-sized perovskite single crystals to work stably at 100 ℃ high temperature, which is helpful to promote the application of perovskite materials in X-ray detection.
Regarding Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, it is a comprehensive research institute with equal emphasis on basic research and applied research, combined with applied research and technological transformation, and featuring task-oriented disciplines as its main features. For more than 70 years, Dalian Chemical Research Institute has gradually formed its own scientific research characteristics through continuous accumulation and adjustment.

Shoe Care

When we tidy up the shoe cabinet at home, we may suddenly realize some shoes that you have forgotten. They have become yellow and old due to a lack of maintenance. But you can't bear to discard these once your best shoes, but you don't have a good way to repair them.

Leather shoe care refers to the cleaning, sterilization, maintenance, glazing, polishing, color supplement, mildew prevention and other care work of leather shoes to restore the beautiful and bright appearance of leather products and extend the service life of leather.

1. Clean your shoes regularly: Wipe off any dirt or debris with a soft cloth or brush. Use a damp cloth to remove any stains.
2. Use a shoe protector: Apply a waterproof or protective spray to your shoes to prevent damage from water, stains, and other elements.
3. Polish your shoes: Use Shoe Polish to restore the color and shine of your leather shoes. Apply a small amount of polish with a soft cloth and buff with a brush.
4. Store your shoes properly: Keep your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use shoe trees to help maintain their shape.
5. Rotate your shoes: Avoid wearing the same pair of shoes every day. Give them a break and rotate them with other pairs to extend their lifespan.
