The oxygen extraction rate of the main tower also meets the design requirements. 3m3, but from the operational adjustment, the following issues deserve our attention: (1) The fluctuation of the gas volume entering the tower at the time of starting has a great influence on the air separation rectification working condition, and the fluctuation of the gas volume should be reduced as much as possible during the operation. (2) Due to the use of hydrogen-free argon, the system structure is more compact; the argon system is closely related to the main tower, so the stability of the main tower is the basis; in turn, the argon system has a great influence on the main tower. Therefore, the difficulty in the operation of hydrogen-free argon is to pay attention to the corresponding adjustment of relevant parameters, and the change of the amount of liquid nitrogen taken out, which will directly affect the increase and decrease of the amount of air, and the unreasonable distribution of the cold amount will also have a direct impact on the system. (3) The operation should pay attention to the pressure change and adjustment of the crude argon liquefier and the refined argon column to eliminate the argon solid phenomenon. (4) In order to ensure the high extraction rate of argon, the air separation equipment of this set should strictly control the amount of expansion air entering the tower to ensure that the nitrogen content of the argon fraction is as small as possible, and the occurrence of the crude argon column/nitrogen plug phenomenon is reduced. (5) The working condition of the crude argon system can be visually reflected from the change of the outlet pressure of the circulating pump. The prevention of ignition and explosion of oxygen compressors has been a lesson for the explosion of oxygen compressors. On December 17, 1996, a 3Z515-33/30 oxygen compressor in our factory exploded during the oxygen test. The main control personnel closed the air supply valve in time to expand the accident. For the occurrence of this accident, we strictly prevent this equipment.
