According to news from the British Coventry Telegraph, China Changan Automobile considers establishing a research and development base in the United Kingdom to create more than 100 jobs for the local people.
Grinding is mainly used for finishing or semi-finishing, usually as the last or last few steps. Its advantages are high precision and high surface finish, but its cutting amount is small, the speed is slow, and the efficiency is low. Generally, the workpiece is processed with CNC machining, wire cutting or EDM, etc. Grinding usually includes surface grinding machining, cylindrical grinding machining and internal grinding machining. With the continuous development of technology and the continuous improvement of workpiece requirements, more and more CNC grinding processing, PG processing and JG processing are used, and this type of machining is becoming more and more common, and the precision is higher than ordinary grinding.
SCZY has very rich experience in the production of Precision Machining Parts. We include CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC turning and milling, EDM, wire cutting and surface grinding, etc. We also have supporting Outsourcing internal grinding, cylindrical grinding, PG, JG and other high-precision machining.
