1) The choice of drawing die structure: According to the product shape and batch, the number of deep drawing is to use blanking compound drawing or continuous drawing. When designing blanking compound drawing dies, blanking die height should be 2~5mm higher than drawing punches to facilitate punching and drawing processes.
